Shipping + Returns

We do our very best to get your order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed before 12 EST are guaranteed to ship the same day. Orders placed after 12 EST may ship the following business day. USPS shipping costs are determined at time of checkout based on weight of package and shipping destination. USPS transit times vary based on shipping location although most shipments are delivered within 1 – 3 business days. Keep an eye on your goodies by checking the tracking information you receive once your order has been shipped.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please return unopened item(s) in their original packaging and condition, along with proof of purchase, within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Products may be shipped or returned in-store.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our bulk ingredients, we do not accept returns on bulk dry herbs, Wildflower tea blends, or Wildflower herbal compounded formulas.
